Mia was very enthusiastic and passionate during her audition. She gives off an air of confidence which I really like (however may slightly contrast with the idea we have for our artist). She also uses a lot of movement that both Kirsty and I really enjoyed. In her interview she also came across as charismatic, friendly and open as she was happy to go in depth about her personal life with us. As well as the confidence we also feel that Mia's style may be contrasting to what we want our artist to look like. Another downside to Mia is that she is also in another media group making her schedule very difficult to work around. Both Kirsty and myself both think that Mia is a strong contender for our artist.
